The ED and The Board:
Strengthening This Relationship to
Improve Your Organization

Thursday March 6th
NOON at The M.A.R.C.

The relationship between Executive Directors and Boards of Directors can be a challenging one to embrace and maximize in grassroots non-profits. Spend an hour exploring this topic with Alison Kennedy-Sayers, MA/ABS, and fellow EDs, Board Presidents, and Board Members.

This will be a full and interactive workshop that will help you:
- clarify ED-Board roles,
- manage common situations and challenges, and
- maximize strengths of the ED-Board relationship.

We'll also touch on the topics of leadership, organizational change, and teamwork, as they relate to improving the ED-Board relationship.

Alison Kennedy-Sayers, MA/ABS worked for non-profits for over 15 years before devoting herself full-time to organization and leadership development consulting. She is in her 5th year of working with leaders and teams in the micro-business, non-profit, community partnership, and government agency sectors. She loves 1:2 coaching of ED's and Board Presidents, as well as helping grassroots organizations increase their resiliency to internal and external change.

Please RSVP by calling 259-3313 if you plan to attend
